- Who are the collaborators behind Imajjio?
- Gayle Curtis helped develop the concept, user interface and logo for Imajjio. His multi-image photomontage and performed projections were the inspiration for Imajjio. Gayle is an information and interaction designer and photographer who has taught Visual Thinking at Stanford.
- Michael McNabb developed the Imajjio application. Michael is an application developer and classically-trained composer with decades of software experience and published compositions. His most recent full-time position was as Principal Software Engineer for the Walt Disney Company.
- Gayle and Michael also collaborated on the contemporary ballet Invisible Cities.
- How do I download Imajjio?
- Imajjio will soon be available on Apple's App Store. It will be free to install, with a nominal in-app purchase to unlock advanced features.

- Does Imajjio support iCloud Drive?
- Yes. You can save and open Imajjio Loops on all your iOS devices using iCloud Drive. Also, you can collaborate with other Imajjio users by sharing loops from your iCloud Drive account.
- What versions of iOS are supported with this version?
- Imajjio is supported on the following iOS versions:
- iOS and tvOS 15.0 or later
- The iPad version is also compatible with Apple Silicon (M1 or M2) Macs via Mac Catalyst
- How do I report a bug or send feedback about your products?
- Please email any bug report or product feedback to info@imajjio.com and we'll reply within 2 to 3 business days if not sooner. Customer service is provided at no additional charge but only via e-mail. We recommend using QuickTime Player to capture and record your screen when documenting a repeatable crash or unexpected behavior. We can only investigate and fix when a bug is reproducible and verifiable.
- Can I use Imajjio on all my devices?
- You are allowed to run Imajjio on as many systems as you own that are running a compatible version of Apple's iOS or tvOS as documented above.
- Can I use images from the sample loops in my own loops?
- The images in the included sample loops are © 2023 Gayle Curtis. They are licensed under the Creative Commons license BY-NC-SA: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/. This means that you can use them yourself for non-commercial purposes, but any distribution outside of personal use must include this copyright and license notice and the link to the Creative Commons license. Also, any loops including any of the images must be distributed under the same licensing terms.
