When we created Imajjio, we always considered customer service as a product feature. Technical support is provided via e-mail, a Frequently Asked Questions web page, and in-app documentation (the "?" button).

Imajjio is a personal creativity product. How it is used depends entirely upon individual preferences. The sole purpose of our software is to allow users to create new images and animations for personal enjoyment or live performance. It is the responsibility of the user to use their own images or images for which they have permission to use.
